The intension was to incorporate modern design with a tinge of classic look. As the client is often overseas, we catered the design towards his parents who will be living in the home most of the time. The space was re-configured where a study room is converted into a bedroom. The home is styled up with classic pieces that belong to the owner. One of the main features was the sewing machine that was converted into a writing table. The handmade blow-glass dining lamp is one of the many collections by the owner’s travels from Italy. The home is dressed up with many of the family’s memories, which made the living space feels like home encompassed with their memories.
